Kelly and John have developed a loyal following for their scrumptious baked goods that are prepared fresh for every market. Cookies, breads, scones and more are all vegan, organic, gluten-free and low glycemic. Every Sunday they setup their booth at the Pure Kona Green Market in Captain Cook on the Big Island in Hawai'i, and this morning the signature peanut butter macadamia nut chocolate chip cookies flew off the table. Melba's vegan and gluten free bacon bits, mango coconut crumble cake & blueberry muffin tops were also featured along with several other baked delights.
Melba's also sells at the Kaiser Permanente market on Mondays and Fridays, and the Farmer's Market at xxx on Thursdays. Susie had the experience of helping bake and prepare for this mornings market and might have learned a few trade secrets of organic baking, but she has been sworn to secrecy so don't even try to find out any details!
